According to the Fear of Flying Clinic 25 million people are afraid to fly. Many suffer from headaches, tension, and panic attacks. Prepare for your journey to fly but looking at your diet and what you can do to relax. Eating whole foods can calm the body down, avoid refined sugars and spicy food. Take multivitamins that has vitamin B and magnesium to calm the nervous system and promote healing. Practice some breathing exercises to ease anxiety. By preparing beforehand you will be more likely to relax and curb the anxiety of flying.
