Abstain From These Energy Stealers

With a busy life in tow it can be tough to keep your energy levels up. Here are a few things to consider in helping you get back on track. Pay attention to your breathing and soften your stomach when you breathe. Avoid worrying and practice catching yourself try the mantra “my life is simple and easy”. Slow down, don’t rush. Stress can build up if you are constantly running around, give yourself a break. Purge things that you don’t really need. The less you have to look after, clean or repair the better. Accept what is and don’t try to fight things that can’t be changed. These are just a few things to remember to bring back a calm into your life.
