Having your children bring their own lunches can also be a big help. When you can choose your own foods and what goes in them you can be sure you’re eating healthy. You don’t need to leave the office or spend extra money having lunch. Your kids don’t have to wait in line for their food or spend money at the vending machines getting unhealthy snacks. Try making a weekly plan for meals each day of the week, most likely you’ll find you’re eating healthier and your wallet will get bigger.
