A few years ago there were not many choices as to what to use in your cereal, coffee, or tea. Today there are a lot of milk alternatives on the market for those who are lactose intolerant or just want other options besides cow’s milk. Soy, almond, rice and hemp milks are just some of the few that are available. Some are richer in protein while others are richer in essential fatty acids.
