One of the best ways to improve your health is to put vegetables into your daily meals. Here are just a few good ideas for incorporating them into your daily diet. Instead of pasta use spaghetti squash, zucchini or eggplant as a substitute. Smoothies are a great option especially if you’re pressed for time and you can mix fruits in withe vegetables for better taste. Making soups is a good way to get more vegetables into your diet and you can make a lot of it to freeze and eat later on.
