Many that experience chronic pain or more likely to use traditional medication for relief rather than try natural remedies. Sometimes it’s just easier, but the side effects that can occur can be worse than the pain itself. Devils’ claw is a south African shrub known to reduce pain and inflammation and has been used for neck , back and headache pain. White willow tree bark is similar to aspirin and works well in treating fevers and arthritis. Feverfew belongs to the sunflower family and works to relieve muscle spasms and inhibit inflammation. Allergic reactions are possible so consult a medical practitioner before use.
