We’ve all heard how pregnant mothers when giving birth can somehow “block” the pain. Or we’ve seen people walk over hot coals without burning. It is possible for people to develop the skill to block the pain response. I found an interesting post at the Velocity Wellness Center about how you can begin to teach yourself to block the pain. Dr. Mike Okouchi has three steps that he teaches his own patients to practice in order to control your mind and experience greater possibilities.
