WebMD Launches a “Health Exchange”

Facebook has become very popular with millions of users logging in every day. WebMD has joined the ship by creating their own social networking site dedicated to health. This exchange allows users to connect to others that share the same conditions and health concerns and be able to discuss them with the help of a physician moderator. This seems like a great idea especially with health care costs on the rise and great for many that cannot afford to be insured and that need health advice. Users can safely and easily connect with other users on topics that are relevant to them. Users can also create their own communities for public access and invite people to the discussion.
