Smoking is the most common preventable cause of cancer and one of the most lethal habits in our world. Most commonly smoking causes respiratory and heart diseases. Studies have shown that smokers are usually less active, consume too much caffeine and alcohol and suffer from a poor diet. A study done in berkeley showed that nutritionally smoking impacts health in many ways. Blood circulation and blood flow decreases by 21% and also increases fat content in the blood by 200%-400%. The chances of developing osteoporosis increases because smoking causes a deficiency of calcium. Among these losses include vitamin C and D which depletes from the body and have about 50% lower levels than those that don’t smoke. If you smoke it’s time to stop they literally suck the life out of you and wreak havoc on your body.
