Kegel Exercises are Important for Women’s Health

Kegel exercises are an often overlooked aspect of women’s health. However, with the wear and tear of childbirth, age and injury the performance of regular kegel exercises becomes as important as any other exercise routine. Adding resistance to kegel exercises improves their effectiveness and one of the easiest and cheapest ways to improve kegel exercises for women who are already showing symptoms of pelvic floor weakness is by busing vaginal weights or vaginal cones. These small devices are held inside while standing and come in graduated weights so as the muscles become stronger heavier weights can comfortably be worn over time.
