The Sunday Herald reported on a woman who just had her 121 birthday. She can be a model for a lifestyle that keeps you living longer. She didn’t do any extreme exercising, just walking, cycling and gardening in moderation. she enjoyed “gourmet” pleasures like chocolate, red wine and cigarettes. Most importantly she never worried about her health and just lived her life and enjoyed it. Her attitude on life is key to the length she has been on the planet.
