This blog has some good tips for those who have trouble getting a good night’s sleep. Relaxation is key of course, giving your body time to wind down before bed time. Try a bath before bed to soothe tired muscles and release stress. Practice your breathing, directing your breath into your stomach. Give yourself a foot massage, reflexology has been known to help with soothing parts of the body. Try some music that relaxes you or read a book in bed to help you fall asleep.
