Slow Down, It’s Good for Your Health

When you rush around all day every day, it can take a toll on your body mentally and physically. Your stress levels can go through the roof and side effects can occur. Your are more prone to make mistakes, neglect your body of good nutrition, and you get exhausted. There are some things you can do to slow yourself down and reduce your stress. Start out your day slowly, stay in bed a few minutes after waking up. Remember to breathe, bringing the breath into your belly which relaxes your nervous system. Take 5 minute moments to unwind and relax throughout the day. Keep a daily routine so that you can slow yourself down.
