Exercise is Good for Your Brain
October 14th, 2008 by Tom Cobb
Everyone should exercise regularly to stay in good health. Recently there have been studies that show that exercise is good for our brains. It can improve learning, memory and emotional health. We feels good after exercise because it increases certain chemicals and hormones that help elevate mood. These chemicals are the same ones targeted by antidepressant medications as well. Doing ongoing aerobic activity is the best kind of exercise for the brain and can help you maintain a healthy, reduced stress lifestyle.
