Workout on the Playground

If you can’t spend the extra cash to get to the gym, no worries, you can do your workout on a playground. This is a great idea for busy moms who already go to the park with their kids. The play structures there can give you a total body workout. Use the monkey bars for chin-ups, benches for push-ups and the swings for lunges. Swift walking or jogging to the park can help burn calories as well. So bring your kids to the park and let them play while you work out!
