Having arthritis can make it difficult to exercise. There are various types of exercise that can help and foods to stay away from that can contribute to it. Popular exercises for arthritis treatment include, yoga, tai chi, water aerobics and cycling. Of course consult with your doctor before taking any of these on to make sure it will not further aggravate your arthritis. Foods that can worsen your symptoms are red meat, airy, and processed foods. Do your best to cut down on these types of foods. Having arthritis can be challenging but does not have to be debilitating.
