Keeping Fit During Winter

It can be difficult to keep up on exercise when the weather is is cold and/or stormy. There are simple things you can do right at home to keep in shape. Cleaning the house does in fact burn some calories, like pushing the vacuum or carrying loads of laundry up the stairs. Turn some upbeat music on and dance for 30-40 minutes. If you can brave the coldness go out for a walk around the neighborhood. It is important to keep up exercise habit, when the better weather arrives you’ll be able to pump up your routine.
