A Healthier Heart for Baby Boomers

The best thing you can do for your heart is to get good exercise and eat a diet of low fat foods. If you don’t already have an exercise regime, start now. You can start slowly just by walking. Yoga is also an excellent way to bring down your blood pressure. It doesn’t really matter what kind of exercise you start with but it’s important to make it a part of your daily routine.
