It can be tough to stay on top of your exercise and diet. Try keeping a calendar for keeping track of exercise. If you can plan specific days for exercise you are more likely to do it and you can track your progress. Keep a food diary so you have a better idea of what you are eating. Cooking meals at home is very beneficial to your health, you safe money and you can be in control of what you put in the meals that you make. When you really pay close attention to your eating and exercise habits it can change how you approach your health.
