New research from Texas Agrilife shows that treatments involving peach and plum extracts killed off breast cancer cells. The two phenolic compounds responsible are chlorogenic and neochlorogenic. These are compounds that are very common in fruits but peaches and plums have the highest concentration levels. Two commercial varieties were used in the study, the "Rich Lady" peach and the "Black Splendor" plum. These extracts were used for treating two types of breast cancer cells, aggressive cancer cells, destroying them and amazingly leaving behind the normal health cells. This could be an amazing discovery and hopefully a path to a breast cancer cure.

You will need to reset your circadian clock that tells you to stay awake during the day and sleep at night. Taking sleep-inducing melatonin and timing your exposure to bright light can help you get back on track. Adjust your sleep schedule and take short naps in the first few days of your arrival.
