For those that travel for work or just for play jet lag can be a real problem making you feel groggy and out of sorts. A recent mention in the New England Journal of Medicine says there are three basic strategies for overcoming jet lag that we'll touch on here. You will need to reset your circadian clock that tells you to stay awake during the day and sleep at night. Taking sleep-inducing melatonin and timing your exposure to bright light can help you get back on track. Adjust your sleep schedule and take short naps in the first few days of your arrival. Dandruff is a very common condition that affects at least 50% of the human population. Unfortunately there are many possible causes of dandruff. I read about a book called "The 8 Minutes in the Morning Diet" by Jorge Cruise. His philosophy is interesting saying that dieting and aerobics are not the way to go, but resistance training and portion control over your food. Monday through Friday you take 8 minutes in the morning for resistance exercises and then just stretch on Saturday. You do this in the morning because this is when your metabolism is at it's lowest.
